Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify Payments in your name. I set up iDEAL/Wero through Mollie first, until Shopify enables it for your shop. PayPal too if you like. I test a payment myself.
Shipping sorted
Shipping rates, free shipping above an amount and the countries you ship to. Plus a link with Sendcloud, MyParcel or PostNL, so you print labels in one click.
Findable and secure
Good titles and descriptions for Google, a secure connection and the required pages such as shipping and returns.
Run it yourself
A tutorial video on adding products and processing orders. After that, you can carry on yourself.

Why Shopify?
Shopify takes care of hosting, security and updates for you. You can manage everything yourself, from your phone too, and it grows with you as you sell more.
What does Shopify cost per month?
The Basic plan costs €21 a month if you pay yearly, or €28 a month if you pay monthly, directly to Shopify. On top of that you pay a small fee per order. iDEAL/Wero via Mollie (the starting period): €0.32 per payment at Mollie plus a 2% Shopify surcharge, so about €1.12 on a €40 order. Once Shopify enables iDEAL and you switch to Shopify Payments: €0.29 per payment, with no percentage.
Which payment methods do I get?
iDEAL/Wero, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in your name. iDEAL runs through Mollie at first, because Shopify only enables iDEAL for shops with an order history and a Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number. PayPal can be added with your own PayPal account; PayPal charges about 3.4% plus €0.35 per payment for that.
Which theme do you use, and does it cost extra?
I build on Horizon, Shopify's newest free theme, with my own finishing touches for the menu, footer, language switch and payment methods. So you pay no licence. Want a paid premium theme anyway, for a very specific layout? That's possible: you buy the licence (usually €300 to €500) directly from the maker, and we agree on the work upfront in the quote.
Which apps do you install?
As few as possible, because every app slows your shop down. By default three apps without fixed monthly costs: Order Printer for VAT invoices, Judge.me for reviews and Sendcloud or MyParcel for shipping labels (you only pay per label). More only if you need it, and you'll hear what it costs upfront.
I have more than 25 products.
No problem. Every 25 extra products cost €95. You can also add them yourself; the video shows you how.
Can I sell subscriptions?
No, that's outside what I offer. A webshop from me sells individual products. If you want subscriptions with automatic direct debit, a specialised agency is a better fit.
Can my webshop be in English?
Yes. Shopify supports several languages. I can set up your shop in Dutch, in English or in both with a language switch, like the example coffee roastery shop.
