You always email with me directly, not with an account manager. In English or in Dutch, whichever you prefer.

Fixed-price guarantee
The price in your quote is the price you pay. If it takes me longer than expected, that's on me. I only charge for extra work if you agree to it in writing first. And you only pay the second half once your website is online.

Do you work in English?
Yes. You can request a quote, ask questions and give feedback in English, and your quote is in English too. My terms and conditions and privacy statement are in Dutch; I'm happy to explain anything in them by email.
Can my website be in English, or in two languages?
Yes. I build your site in Dutch, in English, or in both with a language switch. A second language costs 30% of the package price, translation included.
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
All prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. If you run a business, you can usually reclaim that VAT.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay for the website once, for example €895 for 5 pages. Website subscriptions often cost €15 to €75 a month, easily €540 to €2,700 over 3 years, and tie you to a contract. Maintenance is optional with me: €39 a month for updates, backups, a monthly check and 30 minutes of small changes. Cancel monthly, and if you stop, your website simply stays online.
Do I have to call or meet in person?
No. Everything happens online: you request a quote with the form, questions go by email and your quote arrives in your inbox. That way everything is in writing and you can always look back at what was agreed.
What isn't included in the price?
You pay for your domain name, hosting, business email and, for a webshop, the Shopify subscription directly to those providers. I don't add anything on top. Want something changed later? A small change (up to 30 minutes of work) costs €45. For anything bigger, you get a fixed price upfront.
How long does it take?
A one-pager is online within 1 week, a website within 1 to 2 weeks and a webshop within 2 to 4 weeks, counting from the moment all texts and photos are in.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, your texts, photos and contact details. After you accept the quote, you get a clear checklist. No texts? I can write them for €75 per page.
How do I pay?
Half when you accept the quote, the other half when your website is online. You always get an invoice.
Can I make changes myself later?
Yes. You change texts, photos and products yourself; the tutorial video shows you how. Rather not do it yourself? With maintenance (€39 a month) I make 30 minutes of small changes for you every month, or you ask for a one-off change.
